Program for the Ineligible
The following individuals are not eligible for the Benazir Kafaalat Program: people who pay taxes, government employees and their associates, families with a monthly income over Rs. 50,000, those who have traveled abroad or have family members residing abroad, individuals or families owning more than two acres of agricultural land those with a vehicle or property registered in their name people with a poverty score over 32 individuals involved in illegal activities or with a police report filed against them and those previously benefited from the Kafaalat program but disqualified due to improved financial conditions
