Check Eligibility:
In the previous stages, teams visited households to collect data on eligible families registering them as beneficiaries. With advancements in technology, the process has evolved. Individuals can visit their nearest tehsil office for an in-person survey or complete the survey through an online form. This online form allows individuals to enter the necessary information to determine their eligibility for the program.
Required Documents for BISP Survey:
During registration individuals need to submit specific documents at the Tehsil office. These documents include the applicant’s National Identity Card from NADRA with a registered SIM, household information, a list of household members and monthly expenses, monthly income certificates, a list of FRC forms, home address, registered phone number, and a disability certificate if applicable. Having these documents ready is essential to avoid multiple visits to the office.

The Benazir program is designed to help families who are facing financial challenges. Those interested in registering can visit their nearest Benazir Income Support Program office to complete the registration. For those already registered but experiencing disruptions in receiving money participating in the survey and completing the registration process can help resume monetary aid. To verify information, individuals can send their National Identity Card number to 8171 through their registered phone number and receive an instant confirmation message.
